Our Approach to Sustainability.
Sustainability has moved to the forefront of the events industry and rightly so. At Brijwasi, we recognise the responsibility that comes with creating memorable experiences, and we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of every event we deliver.
As clients and suppliers become increasingly conscious of how events affect the world around us, we have taken proactive steps to review and refine every stage of our event process. Our focus is on making thoughtful, practical choices that balance exceptional quality with environmental responsibility.
Below is how we actively work to operate more sustainably:
Fresh Produce.
We prioritise local, seasonal, and British ingredients, reducing food miles and supporting suppliers who share our values. Organic produce is sourced when in season.
Leftover Produce.
Fruit and citrus are dehydrated for future use, while surplus vegetables are donated to local food banks.
Transportation.
Staff are encouraged to use public transport, cycle, or carpool. All vehicles are Euro 6 compliant, and route planning helps minimise fuel use and emissions.
Waste Management.
Recycling is implemented at every event, and biodegradable straws, cups, and napkins are used to minimise environmental impact.
