Nidhi & Nitya invited 150 guests from across the world to Ashridge House for a three-day wedding celebration that needed to feel sophisticated, entertaining, and impeccably hosted from start to finish. The brief was clear: every moment should feel intentional, elevated, and seamlessly delivered.
The Event
We delivered creative drinks experience spanning cocktail-led receptions, a private cocktail masterclass, evening bar service, a wedding-day fresh coconut water stations, and a full premium bar offering spirits, mixers, beers, and wines. Each event was designed to suit its moment, while the overall experience remained cohesive, polished, and effortless for both guests and hosts.

Alexandra & Miles.Battersea Arts Centre, London.

The Brief
Alexandra and Miles hosted an evening wedding reception for 150 guests that brought together two distinct cultural backgrounds in a way that felt natural, respectful, and beautifully balanced. The intention was to create a refined celebration where hospitality, creativity, and warmth took centre stage for their closest family and friends.
The Event
Cocktails flowed throughout the evening alongside considered wine service at the table. As dinner concluded, the experience transitioned into a post-dinner cocktail moment delivered with precision, flair, and creativity. The evening unfolded with a calm confidence, allowing the celebration to feel unified, personal, and effortlessly elegant—reflecting both the couple’s shared vision and their individual backgrounds.

The Brief
Rishi and Divya hosted a large-scale evening reception for 1,200 guests, designed to feel opulent, immersive, and flawlessly executed. The experience needed to balance elegance with energy, creating impact from arrival through to the final performance.
The Event
Guests were welcomed with two hours of flowing canapés, arrival cocktails, and free-flowing Dom Pérignon, alongside an open bar hosted on the upper balcony. As the evening transitioned downstairs, live music and full-scale production set the tone for the night. Two distinct bar experiences were delivered: a dedicated cocktail bar serving the couple’s favourite drinks—including spicy margaritas, negronis, Moscow mules, espresso martinis, and whisky sours—alongside a 30-foot bespoke feature bar with a full back-bar display and a top-tier spirits selection, including premium tequilas such as Don Julio. Every element was designed to operate seamlessly, creating a night defined by scale, atmosphere, and control.

Sophie & Priyan.The Great Barn.

The Brief
Sophie and Priyan hosted an elegant wedding day for 120 guests that flowed naturally from ceremony to celebration, balancing refined details with moments of surprise and energy. The focus was on creating an experience that felt relaxed, inclusive, and thoughtfully paced.
The Event
Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed onto the lawn for drinks and canapés, with champagne service and a dedicated Aperol Spritz bar set within the grounds. Inside the barn, a five-metre circular feature bar became the centrepiece of the evening, serving Poloma’s, spicy margaritas, and an extensive mocktail menu designed to engage all guests. Wine service and premium spirits carried the celebration into the night before an outdoor firework display marked a natural pause in the evening. Guests returned to the dance floor to rounds of espresso martini tray service, keeping energy high through to midnight.

The Brief
Riya and Aditya hosted a summer wedding reception for over 300 guests, with the aim of creating a high-energy evening that felt luxurious from arrival through to the final song. The experience needed to transition effortlessly from an elegant outdoor welcome into a full-scale ballroom celebration.
The Event
The event began with an outdoor drink’s reception featuring flowing canapés, welcome cocktails, and champagne service. Guests were then guided into the ballroom, where a 20-foot feature bar became the focal point of the evening. The bar included premium whiskys such as Hibiki and Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Grey Goose Vodka alongside a cocktail menu featuring espresso martinis and spicy margaritas. With live DJ and production setting the pace, the night unfolded into a high-energy celebration where service, atmosphere, and music worked in complete harmony.
